Our special guests are Kathleen Johnson, Director of the Enforcement Division for EPA Region 9, and her counterpart at CalEPA, Chris Tiedemann, Deputy Secretary for Law Enforcement. Session moderator Steve Marsh, Senior Counsel in the Environment and Natural Resources Group at Dentons, will help inspire a frank discussion of challenges resulting from differing approaches to environmental enforcement at the federal and state levels, and challenges for the future.
