CARB, APCD and SCAQMD senior staff will discuss important components of AB 617, including annual emission inventories that will affect numerous facilities, including 120 facilities in San Diego. APCD and SCAQMD will present local and regional perspectives on emission reporting, air toxic and health impact issues as well as technological developments in the context of AB 617.
