CARB expert will discuss the mobile source regulations; describe impacts due to the recent Truck and Bus court decision, and present updates on where mobile source regulations are heading at the state level. APCD staff will present on local opportunities for grants for mobile source emission reductions, as well as updates on local APCD enforcement of mobile source regulations.
