Breakout Room 5B

Sustainability

Session Info

With the rise of the information age and so called “impact investing,” sustainability reporting has emerged as a necessary and important tool for publically traded companies to tell the investing public about the steps they are taking to reduce environmental impacts and increase environmental and social benefits they provide. Sustainability reporting is now common, and is employed as a best practice by businesses worldwide. On this panel you will hear from practitioners who are responsible for their companies’ efforts to track, improve and report on sustainability, and about the attendant challenges and benefits. This will be enhanced with input and perspective from members of the bodies that set related standards and oversee then certify sustainability reports for the market.
